What you'll receive
If you check the box agreeing to texts on a HELOCHQ form, Shawn Way and his team at West Capital Lending, Inc. may text you about your loan request: your estimate, questions about your application, documents needed and closing updates. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting a quote or a loan.
How often
Message frequency varies with your request, typically a few messages a week while your loan is in progress.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts; you'll get one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call (949) 569-7019.
Your number
We don't sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. See the privacy policy.
Carriers
Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
